Of course, it is your support and use of our service that makes all of this possible, and in order to work efficiently and continue to improve the quality of the services we provide, including Alight Motion, Alight Creative will transfer the Alight Motion application and related assets, business and services (collectively, the "Service") to Splice Video Editor S.r.l., a Bending Spoons company, effective as of June 17, 2022.

As such, we are providing you with this notice of personal data transfer due to the Service transfer by Alight Creative as follows:

In order to facilitate your convenience to use the Service in the same way as before, your personal data retained by Alight Creative for the purposes for performing the Service, will be transferred to Splice Video Editor S.r.l., a Bending Spoons company, upon the transfer of the Service.

If you do not agree with the foregoing data transfer due to the asset and business transfer, you may withdraw consent by deleting your account in the Alight Motion application or by contacting support@alightcreative.com and we will promptly take necessary action accordingly.
